Konj Saffron
The root of saffron or white saffron actually includes the entire style part of the saffron plant and its color is white or yellow. This type of saffron is usually used as a substance with medicinal properties and does not create any special color in food. White saffron, like other types of saffron, contains amounts of calcium, iron, manganese, and vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C. The amount of these substances in this saffron is less than that of Nagin, Sargol, and Pushal saffrons, which contain all or parts of the stigma.
