Konj Saffron
The root of saffron or white saffron actually includes the entire style part of the saffron plant and its color is white or yellow. This type of saffron is usually used as a substance with medicinal properties and does not create any special color in food. White saffron, like other types of saffron, contains amounts of calcium, iron, manganese, and vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C. The amount of these substances in this saffron is less than that of Nagin, Sargol, and Pushal saffrons, which contain all or parts of the stigma.
Negin Saffron
This model of saffron includes the stigma part of the saffron plant without any part of its cream (the white or yellow part at the end of the stigma). Negin saffron is the most expensive type of saffron and has very high quality. This type includes four different models in the form of super precious saffron, 1st-grade Negin saffron (excellent Negin ), 2nd-grade gem (Pushal Negin), and 3rd-grade (similar to Negin saffron). These four models are different from each other in terms of quality (string thickness) and price.
